The August 7th event was a complete success! It was a day of celebrating life and spreading HOPE. We had so many supporters eager to learn more and sharing their stories. We were reminded of how many more have been impacted and was grateful to see the essence of HOPE spreading throughout the day.
The community joined together united!
We surveyed 105 people and 67% of the individuals reported being impacted by suicide.
Of the 67% of people being impacted, 33% of them experienced self harm thoughts themselves.
The data gathered simply confirms suicide is a significant factor in our community. We want to increase awarness to better support ourt community. To be more equppied to fight the state of hopelessness. To spread HOPE that we all can be apart of the change
